We're looking for a Principal Design Lead to own product and brand design at RunPivot: the app, the marketing site, the comparison pages, and the visual language that holds it together.
The ideal person has excellent taste, strong UX instincts, and the confidence to lead design direction in a small team while staying hands-on. Remote globally.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end UX for core product flows: prompt to variant, review, launch, results, rollout.
- Define and evolve the RunPivot design system so product and marketing feel like one company.
- Design marketing surfaces that explain a new category clearly: landing pages, comparisons, case studies, campaigns.
- Partner with engineering on interaction quality, feasibility, and polish.
- Make AI-assisted workflows feel trustworthy, structured, and fast.
- Run design reviews and raise the bar on hierarchy, clarity, and information architecture.
- Mentor designers or contractors as the team grows.
- Stay close to customers and use what you learn to improve the product and the brand.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in product design with meaningful ownership of B2B or SaaS products.
- Portfolio that shows UX depth, visual craft, and systems thinking.
- Strong Figma workflow and ability to ship design direction, not just screens.
- Excellent taste in interfaces, workflows, and information architecture.
- Ability to lead design in a small team without a large org underneath you.
- Clear communication with engineering, product, and non-design stakeholders.
