About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing & Sales Specialist based in the Philippines to support RunPivot's early-stage growth.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, content creation, market research, and light design work. You will play a key role in helping us identify and engage potential customers while also supporting our marketing presence across LinkedIn and Facebook.
This is a remote contract role to start, with the potential to grow into a longer-term position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers, target industries, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and start conversations.
- Build and manage prospect lists and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in booking meetings or demos.
- Support ongoing outbound campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Create and publish content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Develop content ideas aligned with product positioning and growth goals.
- Write clear, engaging posts tailored to B2B audiences.
- Help build brand awareness and thought leadership in the SaaS/growth space.
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to content strategy.
Market Research & Growth Insights
- Research competitors, industry trends, and target customer segments.
- Identify potential opportunities for messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
- Provide insights to improve outreach effectiveness and targeting.
Basic Design Support
- Create simple marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Design LinkedIn posts, banners, and basic promotional visuals.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand tone and positioning.
Requirements
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, sales support, or business development
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with B2B prospects online
- Experience creating social media content (especially LinkedIn)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Strong research and organisational abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS or tech companies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B marketing and outbound sales processes
- Experience working with international (especially Australian) clients
